Refund and Cancellation Policy
Terms for digital product refunds and membership cancellations — effective September 2026.
Digital Products
Digital products (PDFs, workbooks, resource bundles) are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact Owner Services for assistance.
Memberships
Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
How to Request
Contact Owner Services through the homepage support ticket. Select the "Store" category and include your email address and order details.
