Known Limitations
PDF guides have not yet been remediated for screen reader accessibility. Pop-up windows (chat, contact, free-guide forms) don't yet close with the Escape key or keep keyboard focus inside them. Third-party services (Stripe checkout, YouTube player, Cloudflare Turnstile) operate under their own accessibility standards and are outside this site's direct control.
