Operational policy for data handling, retention, and deletion — effective September 2026.
Data Classification

Retention
Support tickets are retained until resolved and reviewed. Newsletter subscriber records persist until the subscriber unsubscribes. Page-view aggregates are retained indefinitely as anonymous counts. AI chat conversations are not retained.
Deletion
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting Owner Services. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Account sessions expire automatically after 7 days.
