Operational policy for data handling, retention, and deletion — updated October 17, 2026.
Data Classification

Retention
Support tickets and member questions are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. When you unsubscribe, your email is kept but marked inactive so you are never emailed again; ask and it will be deleted completely. Page-view counts and daily chat counts are kept as records with no names or emails. AI chat conversations are not retained.
Deletion
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting Owner Services. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Account sessions expire automatically after 7 days.
